YESSS!!! I mixed it before I took the picture....OOPS. This is TURKALOCIOUS! Okay, for one I did not use ground turkey meat for any health reasons... I just wanted to try it. HOLY TURKEY! It made y breakfast! Mango, 1/5 cucumber, kale, 1/5 a banana, 7 blueberries, 8 tomatoes, and a squeezed lime were mixed in and cooked with the ground turkey! (well, not the blueberries)
This was a flavor explosion!!! I thought it was one of my favorite Whole30 breakfast(well probably lunch) recipes.
Things I would change- the kale wasn't the best part.. It wasn't needed. I LOVE KALE, but it's pointless. I would ONLY cook the tomatoes and cucumbers with the ground turkey about 1/2 way through your COOOKING time. For the last minute add everything else. :) MUAH!
