Im sick of not losing weight and gaining & I've been so bloated I look pregnant 😒
This is my new plan.
Lunch: apple (80cal)
Dinner: packaged salad with meat (80cal)
Gym: I burn roughly 800cal.
Late night snack: Special K musli bar (90cal)
And than I have a video ill do that burns 100 calories.
Plan to stick to this everyday except Friday, Saturday, Sunday, ill have to walk because my gym classes don't run.
Beverages: water, coffee (no sugar or milk), green tea, diet coke.
And fasting every Sunday.
I CAN DO THIS. And it better work 😒😒
