#breakfast is 1/2 cup oats with powdered milk, honey, and granola, with OJ and kiwi on the side. This weekend, I think I struggled a lot because of my breakfast on Saturday...I just couldn't get it out of my head that it was making me fat, so I ended up having a weekend of restricting and being non-interactive with my family. Ed ruined my weekend, and I pretty much allowed him to. But you know what? Today is a new day, one that involves me meeting my food plan, not restricting, and enjoying everything that I put in my mouth. Ed can go die in a hole for all I care.
