🙋I saw👀 this sign⚠ in whole foods, and HAD to buy them. Plus, I always go for the weird veges in the grocery store😋. Made 🌟GF Asparagus Fries🌟 🔹Ingredients:
1/2C Almond Flour, or Hazelnut
1Tbsp Flax Meal (Optional)
1/4C Shredded Gruyere
1/4C Shredded Parmesan
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Bragg's Kelp Seasoning
Pinch of Cracked Peppercorn
2 Eggs 🔹Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375F
2) Break off hard end of asparagus stalks (it naturally breaks in that area)
3) get two bowls, one for egg mixture, and one for all other ingredients.
4) Dip asparagus into egg mixture until fully coated then dip into dry mixture and roll around until covered.
5) put onto coconut oil parchment and cook for 20-25minutes!
