Saturday Night "Takeout": Potato Wedges with Homemade Tomato Sauce🍅. Perfect food for watching the footy while its pouring with rain outside! Wedges: Cut 5 agria potatoes into 1/8ths, put in baking tray with 2 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/2tsp organic sea salt, 1tsp dried rosemary/dill. Shake to cover. Bake at 200'C ~20min or til nice and crispy on outside, soft on inside. Serve with homemade tom sauce (made a few months ago with our bumper garden tomato harvest!), and a big mixed salad drizzled with hemp seed oil & sprinkled with pumpkin seeds (EFAs + protein, of course).
