To heal your mind is to find the power you have in yourself. To love yourself again. To believe you are loved. To feel worth it. And to know that you will overcome this.
To fully retrieve your mind you must focus on what makes you happy and what you know is not good for you.
Never be afraid to cut someone out of your life. People come and go they love you they hurt you, but what matters is your happiness. Everyone will go on with their lives and only have memories. Memories that can hurt you or can help you. See the negative as your positive.
We've made it this far in life. Enjoy the small things. Take responsibility for your actions. Learn from your mistakes guard them well to know how to pass the next test. It's time to make a change.
