So like we should chat about food! I've been eating vegan for a couple months now and my naturopathic friend (not technically my personal doctor) thinks I have a gluten intolerance! So I'm trying to remove it, which I'm not entirely sure what all that entails, and still live! Lol. Any quick advice?? And I also miss your joy a whole a bunch :)

@melissafloch that is so awesome! I have celiac disease so I HAVE to stay away from wheat. Basically though, I eat only fresh produce and bake my own breads and everything. Just imagine you are living 50 years ago on a farm...haha that's how I think of it!
@krismateika yes! It is the best! :) I will be back on the 6th. There are a few significant family events I really need to be present for, so I'm taking the time :)
