Only had time to get 3 miles in before boot camp. I think I work better under pressure! "If you want to see results you've got to get uncomfortable." Good job ladies!

@zombie_space_queen as far as breathing, I suggest in through your nose out through your mouth. Long, slow deep breaths. And for cramps, staying hydrated before your runs. I try not to drink anything within 1 - 2 hours of running. Also, holding the abs in tight if it's cramps in your stomach. Hope this helps!
