The Bon Ton Bakery has once again outdone themselves and added macarons to their menu...so #exciting! This lovely pair are my fave! Pistachio and the apple tatin, which tastes like a beautiful bite sized apple pie. Yum!

So, this is for you @ssleahcim...I changed up the recipe a little again :) Amaretto poached pears, infused with cardamom pods, cinnamon and a hint of chili, then placed in a batter of ground almonds and quinoa flour...
