Hey boo! You know that my hair is naturally thick always. Try a castor oil blend of your scalp maybe 3x a week. They say it promotes thickness. And if all else fails... You might have to switch to #TeamTexlaxed lol @yrcollins

I'm doing a no heat challenge
I'm on a water challenge. But it's a personal thing. I drink water 6 days a week and have one "free" day to drink whatever I want except pop. It really helps with my skin and hair so I'm sticking with it. π I'm also on a personal no-heat challenge for 6-months. Good luck!

Y'all call it "sleep-in" Saturday." "I call it "Sweat It Up" Saturday. I'm steadily progressing a little at a time. My daily workouts consist of a 2 mile run, about 80 bicycles, 150 squats (since I added jogging I cut my squats in half, running tones my legs ALOT),20 double crunches,10 sit-ups, 20 Russian twist, and a 45sec plank in between each exercise. Sometimes more.. How often? All this least 5 times a week. If its raining & I can't run outside- I go IN on squats and abs. Any exercise suggestions for abs?

My suggestion... Lose the band! It kills water weight off your stomach but it also prevents your core from tightening like it should. You'll lose weight with the band... But your stomach will be way tighter without it (if that makes sense)
Can show your meal plan or do a video. Lately I have changed my eating for the past two months but I'm still extremely lazy when it comes to working out. @prettywitty77

Hello @prettywitty77. I'm using Alberto Balsam coconut conditioner with lychee extracts and the shampoo is also of coconut but from activilong. I use coconut oil from Organic and yesterday i started using fertilizing temple balm to my scapl. Im using others 11 products. Doing it right ? Please wish me luck in my hair journey. Im relaxed and shoulder length.

Thx! Yes, I stretch. I'm currently 17,18ish weeks post. I've never stretched past 6 months tho. I normally relaxer after 12 weeks. I don't wear weave or braids. I basically just stick it out with buns or heatless styles. @laniameleisia_

Don't braid tightly. The loose the braid the softer the curl, the less skrinkage EYE get. @mekakita
Cowashed then loosely braided my 80% dry hair. @armfrosting
