Y'all call it "sleep-in" Saturday." "I call it "Sweat It Up" Saturday. I'm steadily progressing a little at a time. My daily workouts consist of a 2 mile run, about 80 bicycles, 150 squats (since I added jogging I cut my squats in half, running tones my legs ALOT),20 double crunches,10 sit-ups, 20 Russian twist, and a 45sec plank in between each exercise. Sometimes more.. How often? All this least 5 times a week. If its raining & I can't run outside- I go IN on squats and abs. Any exercise suggestions for abs?
