@articture Thank you ! It is while one of his friends was harassing me so I could take his portrait that I saw him. I was embarassed and shy asking but he agreeded and then he was even more uncomfortable not knowing where to look at. He has a powerful look, an intense life hides behind it.

@mollserlove Tuira, your comments always make me smile, you do pay attention to little details, its pleasant !! There is a story behind this smile. He smiled because at this moment he realized I just tricked him and he decided to let it go in respect of our new born "friendship" ))). After several days living with him and his acolytes (fishermen) In this little town of 100 inhabitants called Kurbulik I had to go back to civilization but not without his portrait which he categorically refused. This huge muscled Siberian bear was shy but I persevered and click )). Got you ! Grumpy, i laughed, he smiled, we hugged and our hands waved. I love this picture for all the above reasons.

It was my tent. I agree, the view was not that bad )). Not the smartest place to camp though, the wind quickly became my enemy. Peaceful and far away from everything, a real jewel of nature !!!

He had quite a life. In the Russian Far East has been estimated close to 20000 North Koreans living there. They defected or escaped from NK's camps. He was one of them.

@andra_alexander Better in a sense maybe however after what I ve witnessed during my travel they remain victims of the red century and in this part of Russia life is deeply tough ... and his breath was a sign his life was not that easy at all !!!
