I've been thinking of doing that; is it super hard?
@issamas it has four different routines and its progressive each week so I think it's a great DVD.
My watch is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I've never been more excited to work out. I honestly can't wait to see my actually calorie burn at the gym. I hope it works well for me. Some reviews said they had trouble with it losing signal

Staying hydrated with my @marmotpro water bottle while writing my #fitblognyc recap. I may have a slight obsession for water bottles! This makes 3 bottles that I have in my office right now. Water is key people! lol
I feel like a slacker! I only have ONE water bottle on my desk ;)
@ashleysh22 the kitchen is in a different floor so I fill up in the morning and I'm good until mud afternoon. :)

Breakfast #fail! Overnight oats with chocolate protein powder and Greek yogurt...can stand the tast of the yogurt! Ugh. I want to like Greek yogurt but I don't. Sigh.
I've never gotten past the taste either :( it seems like such a convenient trick but I haven't made it work for me yet.
@katesullivan I'm glad you said that. It's my second try different recipe. Still not a fan. I'll give it one more shot week. :)
I haven't had yogurt in months and months. The only way I liked it was plain Greek with cut up bananas drizzled with honey or maple syrup. But the oats just grows me out. ;)
Never had Greek yogurt. I just use plain regular yogurt in my smoothies.

Day 3 of the #deltabliss challenge: EVOLVE ...note to self. Today I did something so scary but essential to the well being of my heart and soul. It felt so powerful to have an answer and peace. Finally. @deltalabsusa @bexlife thank you challenging me to heal myself with this challenge. You have no idea how much I needed this. To be brave in this one instance could change my life.

Day 1 of #deltabliss challenge: NURTURE. Today is my birthday and for the first time ever I decided to take the day off. Spend the day with my mom and sister. Life is too short to work on your birthday. I needed this day to nurture my soul. @deltalabsusa @bexlife
