Wild and wonderful things are happening in my kitchen tonight! Garlic-Herb pizza dough topped with a creamy Spinach-Basil Pesto, Roasted Red Peppers, fresh Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Tomatoes and TJ's Chicken-less Tenders...top THAT off with shredded Jalapeño Jack cheese and more #vegan Parmesan and I'm almost too excited to eat it lol! Keyword: ALMOST...nomnomnom 😁

I just got my first jar of it yesterday after hearing rave reviews...the cashier was like "you shouldn't even get this...it's impossible to exercise self control with it...I've already learned my lesson and won't even put it in my basket!" LOL! Well with THAT kind of advice, I'll take TWO! 😂
