Done! Toured all of the homes on the Wright Plus Housewalk, and have a newfound appreciation of my town.
Bravo!! We should all be so good at appreciating where we live!!!
So cool! I live in Oak Park and saw so many people walking around today! I didn't even know this event existed... Maybe next year I'll make it (if it's something they do every year?)!

You are lucky to be able to see a Frank Lloyd Wright house!
We have dozens of them here, but rarely do you get to see the interiors! Next year's Housewalk will feature "All Wright" homes, exclusively.
I lived in PA and went to falling waters. It was amazing!
The worlds only Frank Lloyd Wright hotel is an hour north of me. We stayed there last October. It's amazing!

Beautiful. I explored Oak Park a few years ago and this just reminded me of some of its amazingness!
It's a great town! This home was interesting, because it was one of the only ones to mix new and old inside (to great effect).

Ha! That's with the fastest firewire/thunderbolt connection possible! (And I forgot to disable power saving modes, screen savers, etc. I assume that will screw things up and require a second attempt.)
Leaving more time for new girl and/or margaritas.
Are you doing a time machine back up? That's on my weekend list to do myself.
When it was going to take that long for mine, we ended up switching it to a lightening to Ethernet transfer. It cut 33 hours into 2.5
