@monolight Oh yes. I don't think you could get this dish at a restaurant! ;) haven't even seen any morels on a menu!
@lorika13 H and I took a chance and drove to Pepin WI. Sometimes they serve morels at Harborview. Was a crapshoot and we ended up eating elsewhere. Now I want to get some and cook some shrooms. Love morels.

That looks delicious! My mom finds bucketfuls of morels on their property in Iowa.
Oops, also can find a few in the sweet pea soup currently at Restaurant Alma.
