@hanaimeguko 寒いのが原因ですかね？私の敗因は、バターの質、塩の量、室温での発酵など。次回はちゃんと作ってみます。
始めまして( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ捏ね上げ温度や発酵時間、湿度はチェックしましたか？あたしは、そこを見直したらちゃんと膨らむようになりました♪一度見直して見るのも手だと思いますよ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
