@audrinas_daddy haha u right, I think the 13g of fat from the ice cream sandwich really put it over the top, I think of it as when I first started a month ago on 70g of fat a day jus not with all the whole foods and jam packed in one tasty meal, lol. Now I cut down my fats to 40g a day Monday - Saturday by using egg whites and ground turkey beast. So I'm definitely good on fats today, ill have two protein shakes and a nonfat blueberry greek yogurt to up my protein intake to about 150g (usually 230 during the week) and around 200g of carbs. Good looking out on the comment and hope all is well with the family!

@jo3_s3p actually jus did some of the basic kb movements I learned at NDS kettlebell athletics in Lakewood, kinda like a WOD where I string together the movements into different sets or kb complexes in my living room, even did some conventional dead lifts in the backyard with my Olympic weights and barbell.

A tribute to my homie and brotha @adelfos_kitchen for getting his pro card to become a IFBB professional bodybuilder. He had to win his weight division and overall (all weight classes) to earn this honor. I know Adelfo from high school and playing tackle football together. I was at his first wheelchair bodybuilding competition in 2008 in Vegas. I visited him in the hospital when he had a setback in his bodybuilding career due to an illness in 2010. Now he has battled over the past three years to achieve this awesome goal. You have taught me a great deal about this nutrition and fitness game (anabolic solution to intermittent fasting, count your macros, iifym in moderation, lift some sh.. haha), all equalling to live a consistent healthy lifestyle. I've let my mental demons (being bi polar and having obsessive thoughts) beat me equaling my self medication of over eating to soothe my troubles which only equals obesity and emptiness, but your success encourages me to overcome my obstacles and to fight for a better tomorrow and a better me. I know I tagged you and my other homie @audrinas_daddy in a before pic back in Sept. 2012 and honestly that is still a now pic and I did that to push myself because of both your guys' progress and success getting me hyped off it, but now I understand I dug myself into this hole and its up to me to get out of this hole. I have all the tools, knowledge, and support to do it. So yeah sorry bro for turning this tribute into a testimonial but that is how I really feel about your success, all the help you have shared with me, and just a simple thank you!
