@mattystan I really dig this setup. It's not necessarily simple, but it's not complicated either. A bunch of drives and some echoes!
@mattystan also I am really digging the EM drive SO much. It just makes my rig sound so much... Better. It's like a "sound even better" button haha. I'm not sure what hype it has, but it is the pedal that I would not want to play without! I don't turn it off.

@mattystan haha yep! If you have a good guitar and a good amp, you'll have a splendid time with it. I have 7 projects that are in the mixing process right now that I used it a bunch on, so when those are finally released I'll put them on my soundcloud and you can hear it there!

A lot can sure change over a year!
The good: I've gained a TON more versatility since my old board.
The bad: The new board honestly hardly sounds any better. The biggest possible tone upgrade one can make is the pickups and amp, which helped WAY more than the pedals. In a live mix, I don't think even a guitar player could tell the difference between boards if used well.
The whatevs: I've got way more pedal cred now, I guess.

I feel ya there. Just bought some lollar pickups for my SG.. Made all the difference in the world.. Even after literally ALL of the other tonal upgrades (cables etc..)
Functionality is always a big issue during a live set, and that seems to be the most significant improvement you've made from my perspective. Either way, its a rad board.
I'm glad we're on the same page. Haha
