@teamvapexhale no no you guys just make the same type of product. Just like other companies make a vaporizer with a water pipe attachment like yours, although they make it available for much cheaper. But those companies don't steal the idea AND the name like "cloud 2.0" bullshit. G Pen can technically say cloud stole their idea because they look similar, but they wouldn't have a leg to stand on cuz @cloudvapes came out first and don't burn out after a couple uses.

I'm not saying they stole our idea, I'm saying that they chose the name to piggy back on our success and brand name. Check when our trademarks are registered. Just like the G Pen folks trying to confuse folks by buying a domain name similar to ours and redirecting it to their website.

Dell wouldn't be able to name one of their laptops an iMac just because it is a portable and not a desktop computer, it would completely confuse the consumer. By your logic we can call our home unit the VapeXhale Solo because it is a home unit and not a portable. Look, I'm not trying to stir any trouble here, I'm just saying that if people are going to be pointing out the original from the copy cat Cloud vaporizers, we were first to market and and our technology has been validated at three consecutive Cannabis Cups. They even copied one of our ads were our tag line is "the ultimate vaporizing machine" and their tag line is "the ultimate vaporizer". If someone copied the name of your store and were trying to mislead others into thinking their store was actually your store, you wouldn't be concerned?
