My last night in NYC. Really enjoyed teaching my glitch workshop and hopefully got enough pics to fill the 2nd issue of American Analog photo zine. My feet are blistered and my brain is fried.
I've been shooting a ton of film lately. It's really cool to see you doing stuff with it too.
Did you get to visit Impossible Project while you were there? I figure you will be all over the Instant Lab when it comes out.
@jetsetter23 I haven't had a chance to chat too much with the @impossibleproject crew, but I'm already a big fan of the instant lab. I was an early backer and will be doing a show with an SF gallery just as soon as my product actually arrives. I wish I had a chance to work with them more somehow.

This is Mark. He keeps an oven mitt on the head of his guitar to keep it from getting banged up. He's shy, but says he doesn't mind the attention the mitt gets him. "This morning a little girl high fived my guitar. " he laughs.
It's a beautiful guitar too.

Bob, an old school train enthusiast who's been riding the for the last few weeks (from Jacksonville to Seattle!). We hung out and talked rails while riding the #coaststarlight. Since his old job required taking pics of train accidents, he only shoots on film (since its harder to alter analog evidence).

Breakfast on the #CoastStarlight. My table mate is riding the train from Boulder to Seattle. That's like a two day ride. I'm just on the 18 hour span from SF to Portland for the #Stumptown comics fest.
We have a coworker who has boycotted air travel and now takes trains everywhere. She regularly goes to the east coast. It's really neat getting work updates from a train!
OOh I like that idea. I've been meaning to visit Portland for a very long time now. Don't want to fly - or drive. Maybe #CoastStarlight is the answer?
17 hours from Emeryville to Portland. I tried sleeping during nighttime from Benicia to Shasta Lake but mostly couldn't (in a seat, not a compartment). But I was glued to the views, Klamath County volunteers boarded and gave a guided tour, and I chatted with interesting people. I'll recommend the ride.
