Whistler is not vegan. There is TONS of fresh meat up there! The beer might be though.

I only know that the beer is tasty. Very sweet, but good.
@dotsam I expect it to be very sweet indeed. The chestnut vanilla beer last season was one of my favourite dessert beers. Hope this one is tasty and not like the nasty grapefruit one

@princ3sskali many different ways depending on the type. Smoked I love cold thin sliced or lightly fried or in stews and pasta cubed. Extra firm I fry lightly or bake/roast or make shake and bake or have in miso soup plain

@princ3sskali yes olive or grapeseed:) you can cut it up in cubes and fry plain or season it with anything you want like lime and soy sauce etc
