What is curry puffs?
@madameluc lol, ;) blame me! Curry Puffs: 1 cup left over meat- (usually lamb) 1 cup peas, carrots, onion, potato etc, few tbsp curry powder & spices. Then wrap in puff pastry and bake. I have to turn the leftovers into something interesting for Matt, he's fussy about leftovers, lol ;)

@madameluc, a pleasure! I love the beaches at the National park. We drive out for an hour and then take our pick of msny beaches & fishing spots! The fresh bread & mussels are a match made in heaven. Plus we're always so hungry after a day at the beach! :)
