We could allow our mistakes to haunt us remaining bonded in chains of regret, or we could strengthen ourselves and be grateful for the lessons our adversities have taught us.
We could scrutinize our blemishes cursing the bodies God has made, or we could consider our imperfections as beautiful and accept the challenge bestowed upon us to improve our heart rather than flesh.
We could allow ourselves to become desensitized to wrong, participating in activities only to maintain a status of notoriety, or we could keep our established morals, and remain committed to ourselves.
We could meet antagonism with reprisal and contempt, or we could express forgiveness and compassion, loving others despite the misfortune they have caused us.
We could neglect the pain stricken and broken hearted, or we could reach out with compassion, sacrificing our efforts, time and resources.
We could live hopelessly in the midst of suffering that is prevalent our world of chaos, or we could surrender all we are an all we have to the God who is love.
