This is the Merlin 1D engine. The propellant used to power the Falcon Heavy will be Liquid Oxygen (LOX) as the oxidizer and rocket-grade Kerosene (RP-1) as the fuel. The rock slab on the left (Bumblebee Jasper from Indonesia) was cut down from 3"x5" with a tile saw and sanded using 100, 220, 400, 600 grit, then polished using tin oxide and aluminum oxide powder. The rock on the right (Beach Rock from the backyard) was sliced with a tile saw and sanded/polished using the same material as mentioned above. They both took on a good shine which I tried to show with these pictures. @ndyanks99
